ASIS (UK) Ltd will facilitate a meeting of Board members to ascertain the Board's appetite for risk with the aim to reduce costs and provide business continuity. The typical areas the risk register will cover are:

From our meeting we will produce a Risk Management Plan based upon costs and savings. This can be linked to a Health and Safety action plan and allow the business to prioritise where it needs to invest and in what time-frame.
